Because they offer a variety of options for your guests, wedding buffets are very popular. You can choose from light or comfort foods, and the appetizers are equally impressive. You can start with vegetables with hummus and cheese platters. You might prefer something more exotic and unique, such as a fresh mozzarella and grape tomatoes caprese skewer or mini shrimp tostada. The buffet’s impressive selection of entrees is just as popular as the plated options. The piccata, panko and sherry-cream with citrus and orange are great food pairings for our Roasted Salmon or Alaskan Cod. Any red meat will go well with our Chicken Marsala. Rosemary Garlic Herb Chicken and Alaskan Cod with Grape Tomato Vinaigrette are some of the gluten-free options.

The carving station is the grand finale of the buffet. It’s a long wait, but it’s well worth it. Each package includes a chef-attended carving station. You have the option of choosing from Roast Beef Au Jus, Pit Ham with Peach Glaze, Oven Roasted Turkey With Grave, Oven Roasted Turkey With Grave, Herb Crusted Beef Tenderloin Au Jus, or the all-time favorite, Slow Roasted Prime Rib Beef Au Jus, with creamed Horseradish.
